Prom dress size 4

It says size 8, but fits a size 4. It's has some alterations. I took it to the Taylor to cut it. 33 inches from the bust to the end. 21 inches from the waist line to the end. It's from flirt by maggie sottero style # p5629. I used it once for just couple of hours
