Prom/ formal dress

Worn only once for a wedding it does have a snag on the back. But what I've read online is that they can be easily removed if you know how to use a sewing needle unfortunately I don't and didn't want to chance ruining it more. It has been hemed on the bottom in the front by half an inch, the straps were also taken in a little and the front by the stomach was taking out a bit as well
