@budmanaz1 hi, it could easily be either. I bought it in a upscale boutique that sold both and it was right in the middle so I’m not sure?
I wore it to a gala at a beach resort. I got at least 10 “congratulations” from strangers because they thought it was a wedding dress. Everyone at the event loved it and I got so many complements.
