Light blue w/ dark blue sequins Strappy open back Has been hemmed to fit me 5’5” w/ some extra length for heels B. Smart brand size 15 (For reference I’m 160 lbs, 33 ish waist) Wore for my prom Has small stain on left side of chest (see photos), not really noticeable if you’re not looking for it
