@lhbratcher there’s not really a ‘waist’ measurement because it’s more of an empire style. But it’s 13” across the bust and 12” across the ‘waistband’

Is this dress a bright pink or light pink? Sometimes photos are deceiving on color. If you could describe color I’d appreciate it so much.

I understand what you mean, sometimes it's crazy how the color changes in pictures. But this color representation is actually pretty accurate. It's not light pink, I'd say more of a soft bright pink, if that makes sense. It's definitely pink, there's no hint of salmon or coral in it. Thanks for looking!
