This dress can be worn either with the poofy white skirt or without. It is detachable. Worn twice. Great condition. Had dry cleaned and steamed. Beautiful dress. Hemmed a little but can be taken out. Can be worn 2 ways. The actually dress is a Size 4 and the overlay skirt is a size 6.
