Beautiful and fun short semi-formal/prom dress in ice blue with crystals along the top of the front of the shoulder straps. The brand is Speechless and it's a juniors size 5. It was bought in spring of 2019, worn once and was professionally dry-cleaned immediately afterward. The underneath fabric is silky-feeling with a gauzy overlay. The condition of the dress is like-new!

@wandejanet5564 - no rips or flaws. I can't send on my cell, unfortunately, but it is in pristine condition. Literally worn one night for 4-5 hours and was dry-cleaned right after. Honestly, forgot it was in the closet and came across it today.
