desiraecollings @barbaraleah Hi!!! ☺️ Yes these are stretchy. They are just like leggings. Very soft and lightweight. The waist line measures 13.5" without being stretched, and the waist has a fair amount of stretch. The inseam is 33”!! If I can answer anymore questions for you, please let me know.

desiraecollings @maravalenz They are not high waisted. I want to say that they are regular rise. I can take a picture at where they hit me on my hips if you’d like. I am 5’2 but I have on heels in the pictures. The measurements of these pants are in the comments above!
