Promgirl embroidered navy blue halter dress

Selling this gorgeous navy blue dress! The top portion has 3D stitching and the skirt portion is a satin-like fabric that shines beautifully in the light. The dress also has pockets! The back is stretchy, so it fits comfortably without being too tight. The dress has never been worn and still has tags attached.
