Promod Blouse with Yellow Knot Detail in Back

Well-loved blouse that just feels a bit too tight for me now. Size/fiber tag was cut off but I would estimate a S or M in US size equivalent. I believe it was a French 38. Some fraying in back collar but not noticeable thanks to the yellow ribbon in the back. The interfacing (inside the garment) is mostly gone.
