Promod Frilly Patterned Dress

Excellent Used Condition. Only worn one time. Beautiful frills to create floaty movement. V-neckline. High waist with gathers. Long sleeves with elasticated cuffs. Topstitched. Lined except for the sleeves. It’s a very comfortable dress. I purchased this dress in France when I was vacationing during Christmas. Goes great with heels and boots.
