@patriciapatti Hi Patti, what a little Gem!! It looks like it has some layers underneath? You have fantastic style! *For me* I’d want the rest of my outfit to be very basic. Like a plain white T/Tank, cute lil boat shoes, white Ked type shoes, sandals, maybe wedges. What do you suggest?

@lindamalnassy The fabric content tag is washed out. I always turn my clothing inside out. I wore this a lot! It does have nylon or poly inside. The inside ruffle could be cotton, the skirt is funky fabric like fenced. Thank You
