Sorry, could you tell me your height and weight if you don't mind? I just got engaged this year and this dress is beautiful
christalynd
@maeggieo Congratulations!!
I am 5'5" and wore 2-3" heels (can't recall 😬). I was about 125 at the time of my wedding. I'm actually a little smaller now.

Gorgeous! Simplistic beauty!
christalynd
@wayofthegoddess Awe! Thank you so much!! I absolutely fell in love with it! Honestly, I don't want to sell it, but it's not like I'm going to wear it again! 😆 And I have two boys... 😉
maxxclisive
i'm ready to buy this dress but can you please contact me on mariadillon88 (at) gmail.com to discuss more about the dress. Please email me asap. Thanks.
christalynd
@maxxclisive Sorry, but I don't communicate with buyers outside of Poshmark. I'd be happy to answer any questions that you have here though. 😊

This is stately, elegant, unique, amazing! For the lover of Jane Austin, I think--? Anyhoo, someone should snatch this beauty before you change your mind! 💙💛
christalynd
@musiccitymama It definitely is a beauty!! I always thought that it had an Elizabethan look. 😉
cocosverobeach

stefanyrenet
Hey! I'm 5'8 and 130 lbs, do you think this could fit me?
christalynd
@stefanyrenet I was 127 when I wore it. Would you want to wear heels? It may, but I can't know for sure. Are you in Michigan? You're welcome to try it. 😊
christalynd
@stefanyrenet Just looked - TX isn't close. I could take some measurements tonight.

What an absolutely beautiful dress 💟 Dare to dream to find a good man and then to be able to wear something so beautiful on an amazing day....💓
christalynd
@sheli70 Thank you! It was truly the perfect dress for me! I have two boys so keeping it seems silly. 😉
gkan02
what is the name of this style?
christalynd
@gkan02 Do you mean the name of this specific dress? If so, I'm not really sure. If you mean the style in general, I always referred to it as a Modern Elizabethan...
g_ribbing
I wore this exact dress for my wedding in 1999. It is a TRULY timeless gown that is quality made. The “flowy” georgette fabric sleeves are a gorgeous detail of the design. Whoever grabs this gem is sure look absolutely beautiful on their special day.
christalynd
@g_ribbing Awww!!! My wedding was July ‘00! I saw this in a magazine and loved it. When wedding dress shopping with my mom I found it and was done!! Absolutely LOVE this gown! If I had a girl I’d keep it on the chance… but no one wears their MIL’s wedding gown! 😬
refinedrevival
Just had to comment and say I had the same dress in 1999. I wish I still had it but glad to be rid of the husband. 😉😄
refinedrevival
@gkan02 it was called the Panter. I also had it for my wedding in 1999 and absolutely loved it.
christalynd
@refinedrevival It is a beaut, that’s for sure!
christalynd
@refinedrevival I didn’t realize it had a name. I’m definitely not a fancy girl or one to love dressing up, but I did love this dress!
pamelacastaneda
Hi! I am a 34DDD and wondering if the top is high enough to not show cleavage? Thanks. Beautiful dress!!
christalynd
@pamelacastaneda Hi there! I was a 34D and it was fine, but I’m not sure about it for you. 🫤
