amrowe28 @banksbrookea oh wow!!! I didn't even realize you could bend the bag like that!!! I would be so upset as well! I ALWAYS use a big box so I don't have to squish it all at! And I stuff my bags with tissue paper to keep the bag in shape. I'm so sorry this happened to you!
