ocbby @lara_eley I'm heading to the post office once they open. Since it hasn't updated. I took package right at closing time maybe that's why but I'll find out. It should update no later then today.

lara_eley My boyfriend said that they might be driving it and it hasn't been scanned maybe. I'll be home in a few hours and if hasn't up updated then I will call I don't know why usps shipping is so messed up right now! I'm finishing up some Christmas shopping and then getting lunch so I'll be home around 2 probably! I'll keep you posted for sure though!!!!

lara_eley I'm at lunch and I went on the website and it only allows me to email them but for the options it doesn't give me a proper one. Try typing in the tracking number and then go to the bottom and hit "contact us" and try typing in the problem because it should have them email you and tell you what the problem was. One of the options is "wasn't delivered"!

ocbby @lara_eley I just called usps and it's saying that the package is in Pennsylvania and it's currently in transit to destination. It doesn't allow me to speak to anyone. I'm personally going to go to the post office. Have you been able to get a hold of anyone ?

lara_eley The lady at the post office was super rude and she said that yesterday's date wasn't the delivery date, it was the expected one. But I sent out another package when I send out yours and its already been delivered. I guess we just have to hope it updates soon. If you want to put a hold or something on the package you sent me you can! I don't want want you to think I'm trying to scam you or anything!!

lara_eley I just called and the wait time was 25 minutes so they're just going to call me back when it's my turn. I called usps instead of the sort facility.

lara_eley All they said was that it's busy because of the holidays. But I've sent and received other packages since then in that time span. Hopefully someone just calls me tomorrow. I'm going to see if there's another way to contact that sort facility.
