Proper Peony dress romper red white and blue size 2T

These adorable rombers were our summertime/4th of July outfits for 3 summers. They started as more dresses and then we used as rompers the next 2 years. We only wore 1-2 times a summer so they are in great shape. I have two for the twin Mamas looking.
