Cotton feels a bit stiff after sitting in a bin for ages but some wash and wear should help that. - Elastic smocked tube top with adjustable spaghetti tie straps. You could cut straps off for strapless dress - I think this runs a tad small in the top. I was a 34B when I wore and it was fine. I’m not confident saying how it would fit on a D or larger cup size.
