Public School Black Orchard Pleated Maxi Skirt - Size 8

In good condition. At first I wasn't sure if it was a shirt or a dress. I feel like you can wear it either way depending on your bust size. I feel like the skirt didn't quite sit right on my waist (i'm more of a size 10) but maybe I just wanted it to be high waist than it is. Definitely love the idea of wearing this with a simple white tee.
