This casual but quite the statement dress is so comfy. It can be worn Maxi, Midi or short by just adjusting the train in the back with a knot... So fun! 100% Cotton (the softest and lightest). I bought this in the Tribeca Store in NYC in 2001. You could see the ladies making the garments upstairs right from the store. *Vintage. Gently Worn.
