Puff-sleeve Blouse

Tissue-thin cotton blouse, buttons up the back, lots of beautiful, unusual details-- all covered buttons + a single glass peacock-green iridescent button at the top. Subtly puffed sleeves, smocked front, but shaping at sides. Semi-sheer, subtle silver threads running through fabric. Truly unique. I always got many compliments wearing this! Too small for me now :(
