Puffy Gothic dress

I had this made for me to go as a Halloween costume, so there is no tag. Perfect condition, worn twice. Tie up back, like a corset. Also a giant bow that can be retied. Extra fluffiness at the bottom to really flare it out! Perfect to wow your friends at a Halloween party and be the center of attention. Lace bottom and top. Needs to go! I was a B cup when this was made for me, but I always wore push ups so it could fit a C cup. Small waist. I'm 4'11 and this comes to my knees or a tad lower.
