Puffy sleeves top

Size S. 3/4 sleeves with buttons. It has a high (not turtle) neck with buttons. It reaches your hips, so is not long or short. 72% rayon 24% nylon 4% spandex. I'm 5'1 1/2", 150 lbs, 32 & 34 DD. If your body is similar it might be too tight on the neck, only wore it 1 time because of that.
