Hi! Are the boots waterproof? Also, do the shoes run true to size, bigger or smaller?

@delatrishstyle yes these are rain boots so waterproof. They do seem to run true to size I typically wear a 7 or 7 1/2 and they’re a little too large on me, so definitely feel like a true 8.
