@melster713 this is a direct dye (otherwise known as semi-permanent) so it goes directly onto the hair with no need for mixing with developer. When I used this shade back in October on my almost-platinum blonde hair, my hair was bright indigo for months. Blue shades tend to stick around a little longer.
