In on sentence the battery is working yet in the next it needs a new battery. ?

Great until you say it needs a new battery. In those cases I have to drive 35 miles to the jeweler spend up to $20.00 to install a new battery and gasket, sometimes wait 2-3 days and drive back to retrieve the watch. Altogether that's 140 miles driven by the time I'm finished. So now we have a total of $27.50.
And I don't know if the watch works after all of this but because it's outside of the return policy the buyer is screwed.
