Pulse Halter Dress yellow & black flowers size L

Fitted at bust and waist halter adjustable tie with zipper closure in back. Dress is lined and has crinoline at bottom for fullness. Lands mid thigh has 2 loops for a belt if u choose but didn’t originally come with one. Used no stains no tears nor rips. Great condition.
