HI! So these are in good condition? I want to wear them for power walking/running - would that work? I am usually a size 8 , but sounds like they run small?? Thank you for your time and answering questions :)

@lisaandemily hey! yes, these fit more like a 7.5-8. also these are made for a track so if you’re doing walking or running on a track they’d work perfectly, i’m sure they could even work in grass. i don’t recommend for any hard flat surfaces though!
