If you are a client of ours then you already know how careful we are and the ❤, love & passion we put into our closet. However, if you are a potential client whose never purchased from us before. 1st we ask you understand that most items are the same you will receive, so obviously we have to take the item out its packaging for pics to list said item. punkiepinkies individually in their own bags then place them all inside a mesh organza jewelry bag, once enclosed in organza bags we then wrap the organza with charms inside in bubble wrap as well. We simply do this to prevent scuffs and scratches during delivery process. Most importantly, we need you to know that most of our merch comes from Thailand, which is a long way for any item to travel. These charms go through a lot of hands for inspections etc. which may cause a minor overseen scuff on the piece.

punkiepinkies So we list that on most of our items that they are NWT, however, we then advise in very beginning of our listings that they are in fact NWOT. So when buying from us know that we an incoming inventory check initially then a 2nd inspection before pics are loaded and listed. But after this they simply go in a container and are stored until sold but in individual bags. Surface scratches happen just by removing a charm from the bag sometimes which generally can be polished right out so please dont
