Punky Pirate Dress Costume

Punky Pirate Dress Costume is white with black and white stripes on upper arms, and at front pleat below black bow. There is black tulle at front waist, around front of neckline, and arms with sawtooth cutting. The bodice is a white velvety fabric with a front skull logo front and center. Small repair to right arm tulle. Measurements are taken laying flat across underarms is 16.5”, at waist is 13”, and hem a twirly 44”, and the length is 28”. See picture for fabric and care.
