Purchased on Poshmark last summer and they were too big. Sea denim Shorts Size L

Purchased these Sea Acid Wash Denim shorts last summer on Poshmark. The seller said they were a medium, but they came in and the size tag had been removed and they were big. I believe they are a size large. I never wore them. They are in good condition.
