Pure New Wool Scottish kilt

Beautiful red, green and blue Scottish made wool kilt. I have looked it over the best that I can and it seems to be in fabulous condition. Does not have a size in the label, (although the hanger loops are labeled 16 40), I am guessing it is approximately a US ladies 8 or 10. The last picture is the best representation of the colors although it is a bit washed out from the actual. It is lined apart from the front cross over flap and has two buckle closures on the right side and one buckle on the left side as well as a large vintage style safety pin on the right side flap to keep it in place. Flat measurements: Waist 15 1/4" Hip 20" Length 27".
