Pure Sugar Dress

Pure Sugar floral print, chiffon dress. Ruffle V on top meets at the drawstring waist. Worn once. I used a safety pin to close the top higher, a hook & eye would work for a long term solution. Would be great for graduation or special casual occasion. Zipper detail closure in the back.
