Purely Classic RITZ Cloche Hat by Henry Pollock

Classy simple cloche hat by Henry Pollock for RITZ. Black, 100% wool, hat has a grosgrain ribbon that makes the sides of bow, at bottom, in back. Hat has tag showing size 22. I did add the brooch to the front, since tag indicates the bow to be at the back, which can obviously be removed. Hat has been steamed, disinfected, and lint rolled.
