■ Formal Wear ■ This dress may fit a 4-7/8 if hips and shoulders are not big I used to be a size 4, after childbirth, now put on some weight, so hips and butt no longer small. My shoulders seem to have also expanded. The dress pulls up my hip because I have been doing some exercise and dieting but cannot go up shoulders, and the lower part seems flexible. To purchase, no broad shoulders so the upper part can fit perfectly. it is a beautiful Dress 😍
