Purple Garnet Hill dress. size: Small

This is a strapless Garnet Hill dress that could also double as a skirt. The hem goes to the mid calf area and it’s really good and flowey. It’s just not really my style anymore. The size is small but runs a bit larger and could fit someone who usually goes medium.
