The honey color Nubuck, the exterior material, is superior to suede. Nubuck is from the tougher exterior layer of the hide, suede is from the underside which is less resilient. I kept my eye on the Neiman Marcus markdowns for a year. Once I put this on I didn't want to take it off. It is the most beautiful jacket I've seen. The lining is cashmere. two Inner pockets like a sports coat, the outer two pockets have a snap. The only attention it needs is a zipper or someone with an IQ high enough to fix the existing one.I tried to include all the flaws in the photos, for instance the collar. Of course, it's made in Italy. I do not want to sell it but my loss - your gain, not to sound like a carnival barker. I have it cleaned once a year to keep the nap up.
