Purple New custom made Prom full skirt sweetheart neckline dress- S-M

Had this dress custom made but found the waist ended up being too big. I’m usually a 4-6. The skirt has 4 layers so it makes it pretty full. The front of the bodice has thin metal strips sewn in to make it fit like a corset and to give it shape. Overall a very pretty and flattering dress
