Purple Pleated Dress

Beautiful dress with decorative high waist band and front pleating. It is made of a very smooth fabric that's thick enough to conceal what needs to be concealed, but light enough to flow around. Excellent conditions! Only minor flaw is a scuff on one of the stones on the band - price reflects that. Tag indicated size 4, but fits up to a 6 or small M.
