Purple Polkadot Elle Brand Women’s Blouse with Ruffle Neck Detail (XS)

Women’s Elle brand, purple blouse with white polka dots and ruffle neck detail. A super cute part of my collection! Just haven’t felt like wearing it for awhile so I thought I would pass it along to someone else. Originally came from Macy’s (I think) and has only been worn a few times. :)
