This dress is the perfect combination of flattering and comfortable! It has a nice stretch to the fabric so it fits great on S-M. There are belt loops on the dress if you want to pair it with a black belt to break up the design. This has been my favorite dress for a while because it is so versatile. Time for it to go to a new home!

mep283 @purple_dreams the waist is 28 inches before stretch and can stretch to 36. The shortest part of the skirt is 23 inches from the waist. Is there anything else specific you’d like measurements of?
