Purple and Black Velvet Dragon High-Low Bell Sleeve Dress

Dark purple velvet dress with black accents and dragon embroidered print. Corset tie-up front that is adjustable with bell sleeves. Unlined and very stretchy with several inches of ease. Measurements in photos. Very good condition. Size medium from Shrine of Hollywood. Comes from a smoke free home, but we do have a cat.
