Purple and Black cocktail dress.

Strapless cocktail dress (worn once) . Soft satiny fabric, ribbon sash and flattering bust line. Tag says an “11” in my experience cinched , zip up waistlines fit small. I am a medium 6-8 and it fits perfectly. Waist:(upper) 12 3/4 inches (8 inches down from top of bodice) Bust: 15 inches
