kmuchow @justme8867 It’s not cropped. I have a pretty long torso and it hits my hip bones. The waist is a band and is 15 inches (30 inches around). It does have a little stretch. I added a photo laying flat so you can see the structure. The waist creates a nice blouson effect. It’s a very pretty, elegant going out top!
