Peplum-style, sleeveless top from Dress Up, a boutique in Georgia. Size large. Adjustable tie at the neck and stretchy waist. Slightly see through, but not enough to be worried about - I never was. Only worn a few times. The color is so fun and it can be dressed up or down!
