Incredible vintage silk velvet jacket (1940’s?) with satin lining and puffed collar. Could be worn for a celebration or time period cosplay or dress up. for No tags but feels incredibly silky so I’m 90% sure it is silk velvet. I’m excellent condition. Measurements are taken flat armpit 20, length 23
