Purple/blue striped crochet back sweater with tank

Good used condition with some pilling. Lovely striped sweater in light aqua, purple, lavender, tan, black and cream colors. Tag has been removed but it is by Charlotte Tarantola and size is unknown. Please note measurements. Measurements ~ armpit to armpit: 20" center back: 23". Added to listing is a lavender Luxe Junkie one size tank to wear as an under layer. It is very pilled up but the color does match the sweater nicely.
