joannegesuele @lvsmccats Shipping only lowers when item is $10. Or more and is reduced by 10% of the original price. I did have it higher a one point. Willing to try some things for you but can't guarantee the outcome.

joannegesuele @lvsmccats I can raise it and see what happens. But I won't know how it will effect shipping. Will have to raise it to $10 though. Is there any of my lower priced items that you might like. I'd consider including it!

joannegesuele @lvsmccats I just raised it. Will try to lower it. See if that lowers shipping. You would get "news" telling you of the percentage lowered and then u have 1 hour to buy. I can only go down to $10. Will include necklace and scary. Let me know if it works. I can also always re list the item completely if you still want
