ladyotheranch @natgabbayan yes! It sure can. There would be multiple ways to wear/ use it actually with the multiple straps.

ladyotheranch @natgabbayan oh gosh. I’m so sorry. I work seasonally & have been gone out of cell service. This is still available and yes, you could certainly place it over a shoulder if you so desired. Please excuse the horridly sllllooooowww response!
