Pussers regatta pullover from Tortola, BVI

This classic vintage pullover is cut from extra heavy 100% double needle knitted jersey fabric, about 3X heavier than what’s used to make a typical outerwear shirt. The fabric has an easy stretch, and no feeling of roughness because it’s been enzyme washed for softness and pre-shrinkage, and then pigment dyed and washed again to impart that subtle, weathered look. The collar and hidden placket are of cotton twill. At the bottom of the placket is an embroidered Union Jack sunglass loop.
