A review: I have tried so many different eye primers - Smashbox, Too Faced, Urban Decay, etc. While they're all really good, I have to say I think theBalm's might be the best. They are a bit more expensive, but this primer is so worth it. It's so thin, it applies so easily, and you need VERY little product to cover your entire eyelid up to your brow line (if you want to apply shadow up to your brows). I used this primer every day and it lasted over 6 months. If the eyeshadows are NOT glitter shadows, I 100% recommend this primer from theBalm - no fallout, no creasing, it's not sticky and there's no smell. TheBalm is also cruelty-free, and their packaging is retro-chic, like pin-up style almost. VERY cute. New in box - never opened or swatched. Hi
